the 3rd gen optiplex mt we have here all exhibit something similar.. you have to manually go into uefi settings and delete old or obsolete boot entries (due to reinstalls, swapping hdd, etc) otherwise the boot menu (f12) keeps listing every old one--by name. if you don't, you could end up with five "Debian" and three "Fedora", plus others, and not have a fucking clue which is the one that will actually boot.

I wonder if it’s doing this still even though I use GRUB for dual boot.. I’m scared to check haha

Run efibootmgr and find out. You can also delete the old/obsolete entries without having to go into the UEFI settings.
