Cosmic Ark. Blasting the asteroids tests your reaction speed, then you reach a planet where you carefully beam animals up into your shuttlecraft and race back to the saucer. Repeat to populate your Ark with a high score.

I've wanted that one and there was a good one for the NES too. I was just thinking about how I miss the posters we used to get in boxes and magazine.

Get river raid next. River raid is absolutely fantastic and goes well with chopper command.
