They literally scraped the whole internet at the internet's cost, and then made a content cloning machine that prevents your work from being seen and forced you to subsidize it.

Here the meme is the idea that something isn't copyright when big corporations straight up pirate content for their AI to learn, while also claiming it escapes their containment. But then parodied and switched to a single person doing the same.
