Well it wasn't 100% conclusive but he had years with $0 donations, which if you don't donate the salary then you had to perform some other tax trickery to make hundreds of thousands of dollars disappear.... Which honestly is just 1 more problem with our system. You shouldn't be able to cloak where money comes and goes.
It should be that you own this much stuff, you get taxed this much. Donations shouldnt reduce taxes either.
Over here in my EU country you can't deduce donations either (as a person), but you can dispense a small percentage of your tax to registered non-profit organizations by your choice. The US tax evasion by the Orange is truly mind boggling.
