My brain just can't get around the fact that so much porn is non consensual, there's a lot of human trafficking, and even the ones who do consent aren't usually being paid well. And there's not a very good way to sus out the more ethical to the less ethical porn. Also the second someone starts obviously faking things, it ruins everything for me so, reading it is just significantly easier for me.

Hilariously, many couples post travel vlogs with a sprinkle of sex in the end. I tend to watch the travel bit and skip the sex because I'm far more interested in the non-touristy places they go because the income comes from the porn bit rather than trying to be an influencer.

If you block someone on Fediverse it only hides the person you blocked on your own account. You'll still see the comments from someone who has blocked you, they just won't see any replies from you. So, idk what you're ranting about, there's no other replies to you except velma even checking the .world instance directly. You're describing reddit's blocking system.
