I think "A good night of sleep" = enough time (whole night) to sleep, regardless the quality. In some case it makes sense because it could be hard to control your sleep quality. Going to bed early is controllable enough.
What country are you posting from where your sleeping area has mosquitos in it?
Cause I live in the part of Ontario that's basically a rainforest right now, the mosquitos are so bad I can't go outside, but inside there are zero. In part due to helpful spiders.
Generally if I can't find the mosquito that's buzzing around me at nught I drag an arm above the sheets like: "Here, land on this and do your thing quietly!".
Although it's not ideal regarding the disease they transmit…
