I think we should name a bunch of american cities after european ones and just put a "new" in front of them.

I'd really like to see NY be renamed something silly, like New Amsterdam

You know he's just gonna name it New Trump City. He's too egotistical, it's "his" city, he's grown and bred NYC with a propensity towards Florida.

And teach them a simplified version of a random European dialect like we did in all our colonies.

Wrong! it should be called "Beautiful Ocean №2"

Honestly, there is a real proposition. In French we sometimes do the difference between US citizens "États-Uniens" and Americans, which includes Canadians, south americans, Mexicans, etc... All the US citizens I talked about it never heard about it but we should just start calling them USians. Accurate and fair to the rest of the Americans.

Well, in Germany we ofzen call US citizens "US-Amerikaner". I thought this to be rather usual.

"USians" would maybe not work great either since Mexico's official name is Estados Unidos Mexicanos, so they could be USians, too.

I prefer USers.

Both of the words are Euro. It was the Roman word for a specific province in the North of the continent and Europeans then just used it to mean the whole continent. A better name for it might be "The Ocean of White Tears"

Minor Wavy Bits. The pacific, being bigger, is of course Major Wavy Bits.
