My guess is he's just been told that the drones the military has been stockpiling are ready for autonomous use. The only pic with identifiable landmarks is America. He's saying he's going to do something with drones so horrible in America that we will never be able to sleep again.

Let’s all get on board with using a $1 coin. If I recall the Sacajawea coin was an awesome coin that most vending machine accepted at that time. Why not bring that back.

Edit - From the looks of it he is using the photo from when he was arrested in GA. I may be wrong, but that’s what it looks like.
