This one came from a tenor plugin on the Swiftkey plugin. It's just dropping an embed link to tenor. This month though I've noticed a steep increase in their file quality, I'm not sure why.
If you don't want to use that privacy nightmare though, you can upload gifs way bigger to filegarden or catbox.moe and embed those. Catbox purges content after 6 months though and has a smaller size limit. Both are sustained by donations and provide a very generous service
Cultivating fucks to give, or keeping track of them in any fashion. When I happen to have fucks as-needed, its shocking, disorienting, and usually detrimental to the cause.
