Kind of arbitrarily stupid lol.

Only 10 insect species are approved as food ingredients in South Korea, including grasshoppers, mealworms and silkworm pupae.

Other places allow ants as an ingredient, just not South Korea, while they allow other insects to be used as food.

Is "ant farmer for Michelin star restaurants" a job that is hiring? It seems like it might actually be pretty fun?

They estimated the dessert was served to 12,274 customers, using 49,096 ants, for total revenue of about 120m won.

I've done a hatred meal that had two dishes with ants.

One was a lamington that had some sort of black ants.

Another dish was a dessert with green ants. They tasted like fizzy lime, and there were heaps of them on both dishes.

I've also seen a green ant gin here for sale also.
