Yeah, you gotta start smoking and scrounging for fresh butts early. I found it's best to hit the bars and clubs right after closing. Ashtrays have tons of fresh stock art those hours.

There are cigarettes with bigger filters but not 50% big. It's definitely bing here. There's plenty of filters in there that are bigger than some whole cigarettes, that's not a thing
