It's not obvious that it's the same house. House doesn't necessarily equate building. People use house and home interchangeably, and in an apartment complex "house" can refer to a single apartment. Thus, when saying that it's the same house they are saying that the same person owns those apartments. You might not agree with that definition of house, but that clearly what the OP is using.

Where in the ideology does it state LGBT groups don't fit this bill? yeah I did some digging and one of the earlier posts I found of this was back in april 21 and it was much smaller. Definitely seems to be upscaled. Certainly looks fake when you zoom in on this. The Soviet flag actually looks worse in this compared to the other image I saw.
Look at the other pictures posted in this comment thread. The picture OP used was a particularly terrible version of it for some reason, there are other versions that don't look nearly as bad.
Yeah so apparently it's a real picture taken quite some time ago that has been upscaled. It looks absolutely horrendous though and 100% fake, especially the parts you highlighted. I guess I'm not terminally online enough to recognize a repost or something, but weirdly enough I'm OK with that.
