When I had to do physical therapy for a lower back issue, they strapped me into a machine that wrapped around my hips and my ribcage and pulled them in opposite directions.
I remember visiting some gym with school couple times that had one of those but it was (at least for kid) hard to get back up so we'd let a friend hang there for a minute or 2 longer than they'd prefer lmao
