I live in a country with much better worker's rights then Japan or the US. I've gone through disputes with employers. I can tell you that it's rarely worth the battle. And if you do "win" you wouldn't want to work at that place any longer. If it's about something that could pay out big, it's usually better for your mental health to have left that place a long time ago.
Being realistic is knowing when it's better to move on and find a better job. Sticking around just so you can "win" a legal battle will just make your life miserable.

The kids who scored highly on homework because of AI did poorly in exams. This shows that AI use is just doing the homework for the kids and the kids aren't learning.
The funny thing about religion is that, not only do people only subscribe to various fractions of the theology, if you don't believe it all then by some degree you aren't a true follower.
So you end up with a spectrum of believers where any one individual will claim that that who don't believe enough aren't true followers, but those who believe too much are extremists.
It seems to me that if you don't fully believe the theology you shouldn't be a follower. And if you do believe all of it you need psychiatric help.
More than that, if the legal age of consent was 40, then 41 would be "barely legal". Why do people use the term negatively (or positively for that matter). It's just so arbitrary.
