They honestly are pretty obvious, if you know what they look like. But not everyone keeps up with technology, and if you don't know any better they kind of seem like chunky sunglasses. Especially if the recording led is covered.
Yes, there's technically no expectation of privacy in public and people can legally record you in public spaces. The problem is being able to hide you're recording. If you're making small talk to a stranger and they pull out their phone to record the conversion, you're going to be weirded out and leave. If they have these glasses, you might not even know your conversion is being broadcast.
I'm probably in the minority here, but I actually enjoy a hybrid work schedule. It helps that I actually like my coworkers, but it's so much nicer to talk to them in person. And it might just be me, but it's easier to separate work and home life when they are in separate places.
Remote days are great for getting small chores done around the house, and I can cook my lunch. Hybrid gives the best of both worlds, at least for me.
I'm fortunate that my office is flexible so if something comes up I can work from home until whatever issue gets resolved.
Just goes to show that everyone has preferences and the best policy is to let people choose.
For most cars, higher acceleration I don't think is an issue. However things like the Hummer EV weigh 9,000 pounds and goes from 0-60mph in a smidge over 3 seconds. The amount of damage that can do is insane
I was thinking about renting a big one for spraying, but I'm a slow DIYer. It would end up costing me a good chunk of change to rent compared to spending a bit more for a bigger one up front.
That would definitely work. It's overkill but with the current PC market it might be hard to find something cheaper. I paid $140 for mine about a year ago
I have the same 2Gb/s speed at my place. Its $10 more a month than 1Gb/s, making it easy to justify. I have no need for it besides bragging rights haha
I have 2 Gb/s down using opnsense on a n150 mini pc. The one I got has 2 x 2.5gb ports. I don't have too many devices, but I've never had issues getting that full download speed. During downloads where I hit my full speed, it hits about 30% usage. During normal usage like games/streaming/web browsing I don't see above 10% usage.
Water does change density with temperature, so it is denser the deeper you go. I doubt there's a normal bowling ball weight that would have the right density for it to float at some random depth though.
Man, people really suck. Is there anyway we can help or assist? Maybe donations to help with server costs?
Thanks for all you do to keep it running! This place is fantastic and I hate seeing it being targeted.
I just bought them from Harbor freight. I put links on the printables page to what I used, but they're 6 inch cart wheels, you can get them lots of places. The scad file is parameterized so you can modify it to fit whatever wheels and pins you find.

I never considered that, thanks for the input!
Thanks everyone! I think I'm gonna spring for something a bit bigger, maybe 8 gallons and 4-5 scfm.

Looks like they don't make it anymore but I got the aoostar n1 pro on amazon. I would try eBay or AliExpress to find something similar. https://www.amazon.com/AOOSTAR-N1-PRO-Upgraded-Full-Featured/dp/B0F9K1G96Q
It has both 2.5 gigabit ports built in. Its basically purpose built for opnsense. I just connected a multi gig switch and a WAP and it's great.

Yup, it's the Corporation Trust Center in Delaware. 285k business have it as their address. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corporation_Trust_Center
Ah, I didn't realize HDMI passthrough was audio only. I guess I'm sticking with the shield. Thanks for the info!

So the Lab needs lab gear while in the lab?
Its not the easiest process, but me le modding has been figured out. Here's a guide made for steam deck but the steps should apply to most distros. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2924374014
I think so. I'll have to use the broccoli plu code for part of the numbers haha
With the plastic. And I don't have a scale accurate enough to see if the bag would change it or not :/
