Why would a grocery store have a scale that accurate?! Weird. I screw around with chemistry experiments in the house and 10ths of a gram is plenty close enough.
Because scales for commerce are calibrated by professionals. I imagine every jurisdiction has a Weights and Measures division that requires periodic checking, ostensibly to prevent consumers from being ripped off.

"What numbers do you want?" "Uh... 1"

I think so. I'll have to use the broccoli plu code for part of the numbers haha

Speaking statistically, we can't know the odds of this specific weight without knowing the normal distribution of broccoli weights in that shop.
Therefore, the degree of luck currently orbiting around you remains unknown!

With or without the plastic?
Duallight@lemmy.today · 12 pts · 285d
With the plastic. And I don't have a scale accurate enough to see if the bag would change it or not :/

Still neat ^^

What about the label?
Ashiette@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 285d
It would, with a .001 scale.

Time to go to your gas pump to fill up exactly some round number in your currency, without going over.
