Edit: I don't have experience with flashforge and Zmod specifically, but I have experience with klipper. What errors are you getting when prints won't even start? And when you say "mid air" is it literally mid air, several centimeters above the bed not even raising it, or it raises the bed but just starts a few millimeters above it?
