IIRC from my material science course, if you really want to fuck up a batch of concrete, you should use salt instead of sugar, cause it'll crack the concrete with every freeze and thaw cycle.

Techbro oligarchs would love nothing more than for you to use AI because it ultimately turns your brain into soup from its sycophantic behaviour. Many cases of AI psychosis have appeared and a lot of stories of suicides spurred on by LLMs have come out.

The billionaires push LLMs on everyone because it'll turn you into political cattle. Locally run models won't help you because the problems don't come from the fact that other models are run on their private servers, it comes from the effects of prolonged AI usage.

I mean, it is true that if you don't use a GPS or an electronic map that you do develop a better awareness of your surroundings and the street mapping. Same way using a guide to something doesn't let you really remember and commit to memory the task you're doing.

It's just that AI exacerbates that tendency tenfold, because you don't even have to follow a guide if the guide does it for you.

Genuinely my biggest gripe with their entire instance. How do they not realize that by using LLMs you rob yourself of the chance to gain new skills in art or coding?

I think the funniest part about the Odyssey conservative backlash is that Ben Shapiro of all people actually liked the movie because it "has clear conservative messaging with the law of Xenia"

He also for some reason thinks that Xenia is a biblical addition to the film by the director. Not sure how he ended up with that conclusion.

Then block those people yourself instead of complaining about them.

They got close to each other because they were already living together.

Obviously a lot of new relationships didn't magically form during the lockdown.

Yeah I agree that smartphones have a huge role to play in lower birth rates all over the globe.

There is a correlation between the adoption of certain entertainment technologies and birth rates, such as TVs becoming widespread causing a small decrease in births, simply because people are spending more free time not being bored. Same thing happened with smartphones, but with a much more drastic impact.

More recently, during 2020 and 2021 the birth rates increased drastically due to the pandemic lockdowns making people bored and with far more free time on their hands.

Not OP but first I check protondb to see if anyone else has the same problem, then I try swapping proton versions if noone else has the same problem.

Worst case scenario it's my nvidia GPU drivers doing stupid shit, then I try updating my drivers or giving up and playing rimworld instead.

Most of the time just checking protondb works though.

I think other people can buy the blue checkmark for you on twitter, though my information may be faulty.

In any case, just cause he gave money to that ass wipe Elon doesn't mean that his analogy isn't valid, just a little "leopards ate my face" kinda deal.

There are some attempts to make music also sound weird, like how that Quebecois band Angine de Poitrine became popular a month ago and their music is definitely unorthodox compared to the mainstream songs.
