Starting a new carcompany is insanely expensive and that money needs to come from somewhere, if it wasn’t bezos it would be someone like him. It’s easy enough to yell at people buying from evil multinational corporations, but every carcompany today falls under that category, just like every train and bus manufacturer. Not that I’m saying that we should just accept status quo but that’s sadly how the world is today.
