L'absence d'autorité centralisant les utilisateurs et les hébergeurs/administrateurs
l'absence de fond pour les développement spécifique nécessaire à la mise en place de système de contrôle qui ne concerne qu'un seul pays et qui n'est pas développé dans le dit pays
tout système de contrôle peut être retiré en copiant le code source et en le modifiant
(avis personnel) ce genre de contrôle est inutile car ce ne sont pas sur ces réseaux qu'échangent ceux que les autorités sont censé trouvé, ni les preuves qu'ils auraient besoin

Fun fact, I found in a box of my wife, a 10 years old super cheap drawing tablet, I cannot find the driver any where on internet, so i just pluged on my linux desktop, and it works ! And even better than my wife remember it did.
So there is no driver issue, when you have the community as a black up, thanks to the people making all those things working !
