AFAIK there is evidence that the best management strategy is to treat workers like a limb of a multi limbed species and let them mostly coordinate their own work capacity and problems. So you are on to something. But no centralized coordination can lead to its own problems.

Probably a electronic exoskeleton to help him stand and walk for long periods of time. Those exist for industry to reduce strain and for old people to remain mobile. This looks like the upper rim of that bulging out while walking bent forward.

Well in one case the majority wants change and votes that way. In the other you are calling for a violent minority revolution that would be anti democracy.... Political advocacy is a way to connect to the populous. Go, advocate, do activism instead of calling for violence on the internet.

Once elected. You still have to get elected. Educating voters about corruption could be one goal. Giving them hope that could change. America needs a cultural shift in politics.

Politicians need to fear the populous again. But not because they fear to lose their heads but for fear of losing their jobs.

Revenge is never good. Look at the American justice system and it's horrors. All in the name of revenge. instead consider this happened and it may never happen again. So you put him in a prison that treats him humanely and never allows him to harm another soul.
