In addition to what others have noted, even if you know the music by heart, you are probably wearing ear protection, especially if you are in percussion.

So visual cues from someone actually hearing things will make it easier to do your part when needed.

The mega corp isn’t interested in disappearing money from people. The cash won’t balance if you inject new, and even with overages they are usually looked into and at a minimum need an explanation attached.

Employees will definitely disappear the money

100% this.

So many places do these things wrong and just make wild assumptions based on their limited PoV.

I just spent a month adding international phone, name, and postal code support to a legacy app at my job.

They weren’t even consistent with their enforcement inside of the app.

Don’t add validation for anything unless you understand 100% of the cases. You should use premade libraries or tools in most cases because you will do it incorrectly.

The rules around passwords are equally as dumb

A lot of Cyclists seem to have car brain when biking, but don’t realize they are on a bike.

I have almost hit several cyclists that run red lights going 20+ MPH. Good thing I was paying attention…

When I lived in a walking friendly area, I used to keep a metal multitool in my hand to hit cars with when they tried to run me over.

That’s the usual outcome, even for investigations where there was something bad that happened.

They hire an outside law firm who specializes in this. They do investigations of something that happened years previously, was badly handled so nothing was written down, memories fade, and people leave the job.

The investigators are also biased since they are being paid by management.

The typical result, regardless of the truth, is not finding anything.

Personally, I think 4k 60 fps porn is better. You DO get so see the gory details. The stretch marks, moles, defects humans have.

That’s what makes people beautiful, not airbrushed nonsense.

Microcenter or some similar physical store is probably your own hope. They run pretty decent deals to bring you into the store.

I’d recommend visiting one for Black Friday/cyber Monday. It’s probably your only hope for things not to be ridiculously overpriced. Instead you’ll just pay for very overpriced items.
