honestly, i kinda agree to this, the current gaafets and mbcfets designs are like fuses on a nano scale if it doesn't have REALLY good power management. Unlike with finfets where the channels/source are still connected firmly on base to dissipate heat in case of a nasty power draw.
considering that fairphone decided to include an unnecessary option on their site to "request for an unlocking code" even tho their devices can be easily unlocked via dev mode. the thing with ram and AI is that these things are turned into ramdrives, even with ddr2 speeds, ramdrives could still be somewhat on par with modern ssd.
