When we had home games in high school, varsity players could play an intro song over the PA.

I went with the intro to The Salt in Our Wounds- Thulsa Doom Remix by HIM.

I was super-heavyweight, so I was always the last match. That was my final-boss theme. I thought I was such a badass.

Edit: my best friend at the time, who was undefeated since 8th grade, went with the choral part of the greatest man who ever lived by Weezer. It was funny every time.

One espresso shot is roughly 60 mg per ounce. The mocha has a measurable amount of coffee in it. Theresa no reason for the number to be exact. You're not doing science, you keeping a rough tally. If you get 430mg instead of 370, it's not going to make that much of a difference. Just get a good approximation to make sure you're not getting like 700.

Coffee averages about 12mg per ounce. A quick estimate is better than nothing, so you can assume you should keep it below 36 oz per day, or 4 mugs, size dependant.

I've seen this posted before, and people with inside experience with several of the approved brands showed up to call bullshit. Going through the list, I bumped into several companies listed as trustworthy that i know have either lost their edge or were trash to begun with.

And so, I don't believe this list is trustworthy.

Nothing hugely important. I don't usually have Tuesday off, so I'd like ti get to the habitat restore, and a local antique mall has a guy who sells antique chisels and hand planes who is only there on Tuesdays.

Otherwise, i need to fix permissions on my suddenly broken nas, rebuild my proxmox server I broke when transferring parts, install the last five panels of privacy fence in my backyard, run service cable through a buried conduit to my garage, finish stitching my chisel roll, pick up some gate hardware for the fence, move a pallet of vintage specialized bricks out of my neighbors yard to use on my porch, renew my car insurance, check on my current 3d prints, design some drawers to hold lens blanks at my offices, and sharpen all my planes, chisels, spokeshaves and striking knives.

Quality of life upgrades, nothing particularly pressing. Gotta finish my coffee and consider eating something first.

I woodwork, set up servers, build guns, garden, play guitar, design furniture, and teach others to do each of those things.

I try to do anything that regular people have figured out on their own. If someone can do something without training, I can probably figure it out in a few weeks.

I don't watch things, and I don't use social media outside of Lemmy on occasion. Because of that, I seem to have far more time than the average person.

Jack Johnson covered Badfish by sublime for a tribute album. I'm not really familiar with his music, but damn his version is better than the original to me.

And iron and wine's cover of waiting on a Superman by the flaming lips. It's a heartbreaking song in his whisper-singing.

For a different feel, Tool's cover of No Quarter.

Essilor knows how to find good lens products. They've got some great progressives, and maybe the best anti reflective on the market right now. That being said, they are the absolute worst company when it comes to anything to do with technology. Their websites are buggy trash that don't make any sense, and anytime they absorb a company, the onboarding is such a tragedy they lose half the original employees.
