I can say that it is as you say. I don't know this app, but ours takes the values of the forecasts which are defined in timespans. The backend loops over that and matches it to texts to construct a blurb like that.
It could simply be that the meteorologist defined a seperate period as more intense or is associated with a weather warning. And the simple automation of this app doesn't check for continuity.
To be fair, I am unsure if ours does this as well. I don't work directly on the app. I am an infrastructure guy. I do know it is checked by a human meteorologist before updating or publishing.
It doesn't require an app. When you pay, you select your bank and it will redirect you to a page that the bank provides. My bank provides a QR-code I can scan with their banking app, but it also offers a log in form to pay.
So I guess it is based on what your bank is willing to provide.
This is based on my experience with 'iDeal' the predecessor of wero.
Today is election day in the Netherlands. PVV is slated to lose chairs. But I am hoping the polls didn't suffer from the silent right voter phenomenon.
Even then, we aren't immune for billboard politics. But in this case it looks like this is a decision that includes the decades of effort to actually repave the affected roads to meet the guidelines for 30km/h roads.

I suspect it might be a genetic thing. Like some people can smell when ants are near.

I know this is a joke. But the reason I cannot have podman is because the tooling for us-east-1 will simply not work with podman (on my pc).
The nation fears that it might feel nice.
And AI upscaling?
As it is a great investment opportunity for them.
