I have been into tea since the pandemic and I'm already aware of tea quality and loose tea. However, the people who know me, directly or indirectly know that I like tea, so whenever they get a hold of some they would give them to me, it's just that they usually bring teabags.
I had tasted lots of bagged tea, in between some of my "fancier tea" when I was only a highschool student who didn't have their own money, and there can still be a huge difference of quality depending on the brand. Some bagged green tea brands f.e. are very astringent and some are savoury with minimal bitterness. Yes, I have used non-boiling water on them, it comes from my experience with (loose) steamed tea like sencha and gyokuro, but some teas just cannot be saved, that's how I know what lowest quality is. There is still a spectrum of quality.
Anyway, speaking of loose tea... Nope, they're not safe from being bland. That's why I was asking for some specific recommendations if you have any experience with that taste. For example, my first shou puerh tea, though not "bad", was just bland. It tastes what you'd expect from puerh but doesn't have any outstanding quality.
if you have disabilities that make you unable to learn in one style then of course some styles won't work for you. Near-sighted people who can't afford glasses already experience reduced performance in school. People like me who have Auditory Processing Disorder kind of get fucked in the ass if the teachers don't have any additional resources other than speaking in front of class.
But generally, learning styles was disproven. The difference of retention between ones "preferred learning style" and the control was insignificant, but learning in varied styles is better than only absorbing it in only one way. Relating information to another also helps more.
Do you expect me to magically know the age of every person I interact with? All this happens because I help newbies try to understand basic game functions and how to play in the server, until it turns out that some of them are clingy or whiney (I know it sounds harsh but it's true), or lack vision of what they want to do in a sandbox game, and are most likely children, hence why I want to avoid them. But if you really want to play this game, then I'll say that maybe you have never had a child feel safe around you, that's why you can't fathom the possibility of a child following you around.
The server is Your Land! You may need to learn a lot at the beginning though, the logic of the world as it has lots of mods, how to deal with the world (the wilderness and nether is way more dangerous than it is Minecraft). You can also pretty much live in the city if you want (and there are multiple!) but of course you get more freedom with builds in the wilderness. There are also events where a mysterious entity calls "Voice" attacks by sending troops in places, but it's up to you to join those. There are roleplay elements and some people write events in the server like it's part of some story (esp. with Voice attacks). There is a library for it. I've always been looking for sandbox MMORPGs in this level for years so I can't "play other games" like some other people are recommending when I just found something like it.
Most AI do not have senses, right? If it can only predict rather than hold concrete examples as abstract ones and manipulate them in its head then I don't think it's thinking in the way a biological species does.
I tried saying I was busy doing something, but after a while they would ask if I wasn't busy anymore. Eventually after doing it a couple of times it feels like I'm being mean.
I'm somewhat of a nondualist, and I think our consciousness is basically like a peak of a wave in a sea. Once you return back to the sea your consciousness becomes part of the next forming wave. Kind of like reincarnation. But I am not sure if we can remember things from a past life, memories seem to be stored in the physical brain or something like that.
If you've read more of my post or even the title, you'd know that children being in games aren't my problem. When I was a child I didn't act this way to other people in servers, I have always been independent, so I don't know how to deal with clingy children like those. Also the game is not exactly Minecraft.
Almost every game seems to have kid players unless if they're R-Rated, and even that isn't enough sometimes. I don't think shooter games like COD is E-Rated.
The server I'm playing in is not really a 1:1 Minecraft clone, tbh. I guess the best way to describe Luanti (formerly Minetest) nowadays is "voxel-game engine".
I am waiting for the LLMs to downsize actually. Some people use the hundred billion parameter models for something they could do with that, 14B? Especially the roleplay types
Go look through the Local LLM Community. Also Machine Learning is a thing that existed before AI Dungeon, I'm literally learning ML in a class rn.
