His views on immigration seem bad, but I'm wary of this being media sensationalism to ruin the reputation of mullvad because they don't want people using VPNs.
If there was a 1% tolerance this situation wouldn't happen. 1.16% over the limit would mean a driver was definitely doing over 60kph, and there would be no argument.

Stop setting an alarm, go to bed earlier. Make the times consistent and get into a routine.
