The way I read it, the US donated twice as much as EU institutions, but EU countries donated as well, bringing the EU total above that of the US. Only counting EU institutions is like only counting donations made by the US federal government, but not those made by US states.

Da das Recht nicht zwangsläufig gerecht ist finde ich es nur richtig, eigene Moralvorstellungen zu haben die man als grundlegender ansieht. Diese Moralvorstellungen aus organisierter Religion statt aus eigener Reflektion zu beziehen finde ich prinzipiell problematisch, aber nachvollziehbar
