I would think the circular designs are a reference to the binding sigils from the Ars Goetia (Lesser Keys of Solomon). Occult magicks use circles to bind and control. According to occult lore, when you can write the true name of a angel/demon, you can bind and control them.
I got mine when it launched. Use it to play fps games as I get pain in my wrist using a mouse. I've had to repair mine a couple times when the shoulder buttons wore out. Got the 3d files from valve and printed new parts.

I think it's mostly so the band can have a pee break. You gotta stay hydrated when you are under those lights and jumping around. But if you stay hydrated, an hour on stage could make your bladder situation rather uncomfortable.

I noticed that on pc, steam controller can't do mouse emulation. Likewise, steam link and moonlight can't stream mouse input on to the game either. Most likely 'emulated' mouse input is being blocked by the drm. But on steam deck, using the track pad and gyro as mouse has no such issues. I would guess that the drm running in proton does not go deep enough to intercept the emulated mouse and can't block it. If that is true, one might be able to use linux/proton to cheat, rendering the whole point of the rootkit drm useless.
