I think your questions are flawed because you're working under the assumption that consistency and reason are relevant for these people to form an opinion.
It doesn't matter their beliefs are contradictory and they don't need to spin anything, they just think whatever Fox news / Trump tells them to think.
Haha yeah I don't really ever buy snacks or drinks at the cinema. Where I live they're not allowed to check your bag or pockets, so as long as what you're bringing in is not visible there is nothing they can do (and honestly I don't think anyone working there even cares).
This reminds me of Egypt. They missed the 1930 World Cup (the very first one, in Uruguay) because they were delayed by a storm and missed their boat. Almost 100 years later and apparently logistical things can still go wrong!
The time difference makes it difficult but I definitely want to watch some of their games. I'm from the Netherlands and basically the whole Curaçaon team was born here, I'm really excited for it.
Yeah I think in theory I support this. I wasn't aware of the rule change though and I'm curious if the players and coaches were.
Also, this part of the wording:
has clearly penalised the wrong player of either team
The word "clearly" creates a grey area that I don't love. In this case it was indeed clear, but this does leave room for interpretation. Penalties are often given after minimal contact and an attacker falling to the ground. Most of the time they'll probably say it's not "clearly" the wrong player since there was some contact. But this power can definitely be abused by the VAR.
Also, you're gonna create situations where the VAR can see clear simulation, but the referee didn't give a yellow to the perceived offense. In that case, the clear simulation will go unpunished.
I'm in the Netherlands and the public broadcaster here also shows ads the whole break. It's fucking infuriating, I'm so mad at it and really hope it doesn't catch on. I fear for the worst.
I watch the BBC or Sporza (Belgium), they don't have any ads. With a VPN it works fine.
I don't think I understand your point. Isn't the principle of Canada that they won't give a visa to someone who is charged with rape. Isn't that how it's playing out in the media?
I just gave Transportia a try. It's a bit buggy and slow but it's the only open source android app I know of that let's me plan a route and give me live schedule for upcoming trains. So that's great! Will keep trying it, seems promising. Thanks for sharing!
Holy shit what a life. Lived almost 100 years and experienced things the vast majority of people will never even come close to.
The insane transformations Greece / Europe / the world went through during his life... I wonder if people like him ever feel a bit lost in the modern world.
Yeah I read somewhere Deezer doesn't enforce it for example. I mean I always use a VPN and people of course are often not in their own home and want to list to music. But sharing it with friends in other countries might make it a bit too obvious
Yeah I just read they donated to Trump! I had no idea but that's terrible.
Self hosting will make my partner unhappy haha, unless I can make everything work seamlessly and I doubt I can. And the music recommendations are genuinely useful.
I have Kodi for my shows and movies though! I'm definitely not opposed to pirating and think self hosting is fantastic

Agree 100%. The tapioca ones have a nice, almost gelatinous texture that I find very satisfying.

Still, I suppose that this is an improvement?
Call me a grump, but I don't care for it. But if most other people like it and if refs get more sympathy then I guess it's a good thing.

I like playing Civilization and feel attacked haha

Thanks, this sounds great!
Any idea if they care if people not in the same household share a family plan? I know it's a bit cheap but life is expensive :(
