idk, looked intentional, but panicked. she was even looking into it. I have 100% seen similar vids and the person just grips the wheel, or throws up their hands. at least an attempt was made.
Why do we buy ICE cars based on distance driven and not total engine revolutions?
Because both are dumb and distance is a reasonable proxy for usage level. Almost regardless of the specific kwh/km efficiency, an EV that has driven distance X has had Y cycles within a range of values that aren't different enough to matter.
It doesn't ahve all the hardware needed for all the channels. It DOES however have enough to actually work. Verizon certification is a well known difficulty.
And none of that explains why the US Verizon version doesn't come with /e/OS
Yes you can put whatever COMPATIBLE OS you want on it. Sadly GrapheneOS isn't one of them. But again, you're not wrong. I was just highlighting what I found about the options and their trade-offs.
There is Verizon service, you have to buy from the US store. But then it is Android and not /e/OS ... it took me a while and a fair number of AI tokens to full figure that out.
trl;dr it is a hardware cert problem why the EU version is T-Mobile and the US is VZW/ATT. I still couldn't figure out why the US-VZW/ATT version can't have /e/OS but it still smelled like obtaining certification is the problem and there doesn't appear to be any public statements on a timeline for it.
If you want privacy, buy a pixel and flash GrapheneOS.
If you want modularity/repairability buy a Fairphone.
If you want modularity/repairability and privacy, buy an /e/OS Fairphone from the EU store but accept only T-Mobile
If you want modularity/repairability and ATT/VZW, buy a Fairphone from the US store but accept no extra privacy
Yeah I'm an idiot and chose to use about 1 of my brain cells on that part of the post. I won't embarrass myself by admitting what my VERY long ago undergrad degree was in. Thanks for the correction.
I'd imagine even "low quality" stainless steel will hold up pretty well. And it has to at least have enough carbon in it to avoid rusting from all the water.
But WHOA BOYEEE it gonna get HOT!!! Not a bad thing per say, but as pictured there's nothing to prevent against an accidental leg brush. My firepit has a ring/lip around it that if you walk by you'll hit it first before the MUCH hotter body of the bowl itself. I feel like this needs something for a little protection. Even just a ring of very large rocks as a way to keep people away from walking too close.
Exactly. This is the overpass which is, frankly, one of the better pedestrian overpasses I've seen. Could it be better? 100% For one thing it needs more overhead lighting to a driver can more easily see a walker at night. Not to mention actual cross-walk paint and signage.
But at least all on/off-ramp crossings have long visibility sight lines for both the walker and the driver. I have one near me that is just HORRIBLE. The walker has no real sight line to a fast moving car, and the driver will have their eyes trained in the wrong direction looking for cars and would never see the pedestrian.
In the bathroom? Who cares? It's the one place farts are expected/allowed/celebrated whatever your kink. But in no world should it be shunned to fart in a bathroom.
They have no interest in feeding the beast. Starve it, then point at it and exclaim, "see the government can't do anything right, PRIVATIZE IT [to my crony]"

As for the precipitating factors, she's a moron.
Well yeah, DUH! ;-)

errr well I mean you gotta call for a tow
Say what you will, but she steered into the slide like a boss!!! It wasn't enough, but even F1 drivers spin-out sometimes.
awesome callback <3 I use it every once in a while to gauge my listener's cultural intelligence >;-)

Also, even if you ignore this is Trump and just focus on him being a political figure, here's my response https://youtu.be/S0Vyr1TylTE
Oh yeah man. I saw this in theaters in Albuquerque when it released. Loved it
None of those are reasons not to try a good idea. They are just problems to solve.
Also, have you ever been to those areas of NYC? Bulk buying, transport, and resale of food isn't that easy to do in the best of times.

Thank you for being brave enough to share that with me.

who then funneled it back to him. Never forget he only cares about himself.
