If I keep on wasting emotional energies on this topic that I can’t change, will I have the energies for having an impact on things I can have an impact on?
This makes me realise that the best I can do for the system is, sadly, ignore the problem. Not because I don’t care but for a strategic effort in doing what I can

I would say that in your community maybe you should aim to have everyone an higher salary not teachers having a lower salary
