Is there a secret ticket in the wall? Or is our guy about to commit a robbery?

This is neat, i didn't know about it.

The article gives the example, though, of giving your phone to someone you specifically dont trust. The most dramatic example is an insurance card or ID to the police when you get pulled over. The best answer there is just dont ever do it.

This pin setting says the security on it is pretty weak and to not give it to people you dont trust.

There are versions listed things like v8.8 "we are with ukraine", v8.7.3 "leaving X for bluesky", v8.7 "support Taiwans return to the UN", 8.3.3 "make apps not war", v6.7.4 "je suis charlie edition", and lots lots more.

Not every version has something like this, but a good minority do. There are a number more related to China. The author appears to speak English, French, and Chinese, with their LinkedIn being in French, so i assume either has Chinese ancestry/family or very interested in China

"sexual violence against people i dont like" is not, in fact, a good position.

I try to be against being a nazi merc and to be against rape.

Sure, but like, "have a friend who is qualified to inspect a house inspect it" relies on having a friend qualified to do that. If i had a friend able and willing to change my oil on my car for cheaper than the shop, that would be a good idea, too.

I know how to swing a hammer and replace pipes as much as anyone else with youtube. You should not have me inspect your house.

Theyll do things like:

  • say trans woman shouldnt be allowed to do sports
  • say they think abortion is regretable but should still be allowed if the doctor thinks it should
  • say that Iran needs to fall, just not like this
  • say that Israel has a right to defend itself to justify genocide
  • back datacenters and tech companies and mass surveillance

Shit, they should put me in a thinktank or whatever
