We'd typically check a minute at the beginning, in the middle, and at the end. Unless people paid extra when we'd watch it in fulI. People who do this have seen way more weird shit. Unless you're dealing with child porn that is.
Be honest and say you're not taking commissions right now or don't have the time... If they push give them the actual hourly cost it would take you - I have found that usually stops people asking again and in the very very unlikely event they agree then you get decent remuneration for your time.
Finally the Let's Drown Out series of videos by Yahtzee Croshaw and Gabriel Morton are some of the best Let's Play content I have watched - though they are quite old now.
It's a lot like stardew valley.
And less than $2 in the sale.
It might be a bit more puzzle game in places.
