The part you missed is that increased CO2 levels also increase aggression, and you can already see it in densely populated areas. I get to see people run red lights and even running red lights making left turns... in front of PD while they pulled someone over. Or taking a hard right in front of someone running parallel from the left lane (think two lane road). I haven't see that before.

I wonder if this is something that changed over time. As in preservatives and all sorts of chemicals being added to tobacco or alcohol. For example, I can smoke Japanese cigarettes without a problem. I've smoked Vietnam era MRE cigarettes, Old Ukrainian unfiltered cigarettes. But I can't smoke US made ones since around 2007, they make me sick and taste like ash.

I agree. Sitting my yass all day playing video games? Sure, 4-6 hours will be okay. Doing yard work and manual labor in 110 degree weather, I'll see you in 14 hours. Also, I have sleep apnea so I'm used to feeling dead all day.

I was going to get married, we disagreed on having children; I wasn't against it and I wanted to be financially stable beforehand. I also didn't want to be solely responsible for finances either. I had already been working hard while someone wasn't in half of the relationship. Taking care of bills, transportation, cooking, cleaning, doing laundry for two, so on and so forth. I felt like I was solo leveling life for two after a few years. I didn't want to get myself deeper in this mess. We met in college and dated for about 6 years. at that point I said, no thank you.

After that I ended up working in education. That's when I chose not to have children.

One day we go on a field trip to an ice skating rink, I took care of this little girl as she was smaller than the rest. Skates on, helmet on, and I held her hand while we skated in the center so she didn't get hurt. And I thought huh this might not so bad. On the way back she told me how her daddy thought it was funny to hit her. So there's my first CPS report. There was only horror story after horror story after that. I got heavy into drinking because I couldn't fathom how people could do the things, I won't write about, to kids.

That shit still haunts me everyday over a decade later. So I'm happy being single and not having children. Also in this economy? lol

Okay a funny, where I went to high school, a kid got pulled over for biking too fast. He was going like 20+, had nice road bike and strong legs, in a school zone. He didn't get a ticket but it was funny.

Plot twist, he wasn't ready for the announcement.

I read a bit about it and some people suggested doing so and so. I decided I'm good at this point. I use waterfox, ublock, and noscript so it didn't happen to me until yesterday. Besides, the advertising got so out of control, the small local subs having the "I ate this here" and "what's the best place to have this food" got annoying. Let alone having some restaurant opening in six months having two of the same posts on the front page, like I said I stuck to small subs, and their website to be completely AI generated, images and all. Oh boy did the sub enjoy shitting all over them.

this is worse than you can imagine. Started college again. Syllabus says, you can't use AI. Okay, login to the school website; starts with microslops email login to straight to chat gpt. Okay, need to search for something on the school website, here's the schools AI search. Okay, answer a topic but we will check and grade it with various AI platforms. Okay, write things in your own words and then I get a 0/100 for doing so. I answered it correctly, exponentially better than the outdated class. So yeah, they can get bent. The best part was that the other students that used LLMs to regurgitate my answer differently. Maybe one less person working in cybersecurity is overall better and I'll just go back to fixing stuff and watch it all get cooked.
