Well, you should consider that they plan to spend ALL of that cash on hand, PLUS the amount they have to borrow. And they plan to spend all of that in 2026. Their capex expenditures are planned to exceed their estimated operating cash flow.

One challenge of not using a phone is that if they take the camera away from you, the footage is lost. With a phone, there's the possibility of streaming the footage to online storage so that destroying the phone doesn't destroy the footage.

Having a burner that you only turn on when recording is probably a really good idea.

I don't know why you think this, but the Constitution explicitly requires a 2/3 majority of the Senate to vote for conviction.

Article I, section 3, clause 6:

The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.
