For anyone who doesn't know, you can install and keep it updated directly from Codeberg with an app called Obtainium. This way you can get it as soon as they push the apk to codeberg.
Obtainium also works with F-droid or github links among many others. It is a bit more complex but has it's own curated collection of app download configurations for the apps that are more complex to add.
This thread is full of misconceptions about RAM use. It is normal and efficient for an OS to reserve memory for processes even if it not really used. This memory will be juggled around in case that is needed. It would be very bad for a modern OS if you somehow lowered your used RAM to near 0%. That would make the computer slower.
Thank you so much for this!
2001 Space Odyssey and Arrival for me
So, you should be fine with the measures against scraping, then?

Ok, it seems all browsers on iOS are webkit (Safari).
I suggest to get an used Pixel and put GrapheneOS on it.
Firefox+ublock?
Isn't this based on web traffic, and if so it is very unreliable due to the large amount of bot traffic?
It is clear Windows is dropping, and it's great. But probably not at this speed.
Anyway, it's the year of the Linux Desktop, now's the time to switch!
You could ask to be reimbursed for that too.
But that is not the point of this, I hope you understand.
Good to hear! I run it headless on my server
Well I hope not all of them.
Also, have to add, not paying taxes is not a flex to me
But they're full of ticks and lungworms, poor guys

Great site, have been enjoying it before
So what about mobile users? My guess is that hovering is getting niche.
Also, printers are getting niche. Personally I would just save as a pdf if I want to keep a copy.
Applying some filter afterwards might make more sense.
I agree fully. But in this post's comments people don't seem to understand how RAM use works.
It should be used... It is good... Not using it is bad!
What? I do not understand...
Ai users? Using iot???
I do not see any relevance, sorry.

See for example this: https://www.linuxatemyram.com/
The same thing goes for Windows. It reserves RAM to be used. Like it should be.
Sure, Windows is bloated.
But posting screenshots of your task manager tells us nothing. If it uses 30% of your RAM at start time, that's fine. Or not. Can't really tell.
