Playing it rn, at chapter 3. I like how they change the scale of the events in every chapter so far. The combat for boring somewhere in between chapter 1 and 2, though - maybe because I play on Normal.
But I like the setting, characters are fun, though after BG3 it feels like not enough meaningful interaction with them.
I've read that DLCs are good, so I'm thinking the second playthrugh with Heretic character and DLCs.

On Lemmy, I can sign up for an account on the instance that fits my views (sorry, that's not lemmy.ml), and from that point I can get some good content on my Home feed already, and go from there. Similar experience with Mastodon, which is closer format to Nostr.
On Nostr, though, you are welcomed by spam, and bots, and bot spam. I didn't use it since a few months ago, but I doubt it changed to the better. The philosophy of "all filtering happens on client" means that every user has to do that on their own. Banning bots is like a full time job... Filtering noise is a second job. I'm fine with crypto, and censorship resistance is a good thing. But I feel there are not enough Nostr tools to make experience nice for the users.

QubesOS is not meant for app sandboxing. Running each app in its own qube is very expensive, and hard to maintain.
QubesOS are designed around the concept of domain compartmentalization, letting you to limit blast radius.
I use QubesOS for finance related stuff, and also thinking to use it for sysadmin tasks on my homelab.

You probably need to figure out what do you want. There is nothing wrong to be alone, not have family or kids. Unless it bothers you. There is nothing wrong to rent a home. Unless it bothers you.
Figure out what you want, how the future in which you want to leave looks like. If you can't, maybe talking to a psychologist worth a try - decide what problem you are trying to solve, book a few sessions, see if that moves you towards your better self.
Financially, I agree with many on this thread - keeping all $100k on a savings account is one of the worst things to do with your money. Keep a couple of months of expenses on savings, put the rest to work. CDs are mostly safe, and help offset the inflation.
Buying home isn't a bad option, and if it's just a place for you to live, don't consider it an investment depends on location, but you'll likely save on monthly payments vs rent.
Once you figure out what you want from your life, talk to a financial advisor to set realistic financial goals and decide on home purchase or investments.

You are doing a good job here! I'll let others fight over your software choices, and just add some things that you might want to add:
Keyboard app (Android): I'm using Futo keyboard, but there are other options if FUTO isn't your cup of tea.
Translation app (Android): "Translator" on F-Droid is a feature rich, fully local.
These two can replace respective apps from Google that you like have installed by default.
