Maybe that was the difficulty I was having - while mechanics like elevator is nice, I felt creating a proper factory very difficult with the Create mod. It seems to require quite a bit of planning ahead..

I had some distrust on kitchen sink modpacks, mostly afraid of duplicated ores. but I am hearing good things about the AllTheMods modpack. Definitely .

I played Create mod for some time, it definitely is well-made but I found it difficult to build a factory based on the mod. Idk why, but it was hard to plan around.

Kitchen sink packs are nice! I like tailor-made modpacks better, personally.

I like exploration, mining, and maybe building - Anything that is not combat, my reaction time suckkks. I prefer modern minecraft, but 1.7.10 etc. is okay.

So many people suck up the ads and think Teslas with "autonomous driving" are the car of the future. They look up to them. I just don't get it.

Even if AI will turn out to be great method for programming, it will replace humans in programming. There will be no place left for human programmers.

Otherwise, and when AI turn out to be a massive hype, it will lead to huge bubble burst which will take lots of tech companies with it. There will be no demand for software for a while, as we did not need much in the first place.

Either way, programming as a career is fucked.

EDIT: Wow, it's both funny and tragic to see the butthurt reaction. Poor folks who chose programming as a career..

I really don't get the prevalence of the attitude "If we don't see it with light, it does not exist". Is it that improbable that there is some matter which does not interact with light? imo, similar argument could be made to deny existence of atoms - we cannot see it directly.
