I understood what the app was trying to do, but I also see how, if unmoderated, it can easily snowball into a cesspit very quickly. Not a huge fan of it myself.

Still, some women may have been using it to warn others of potentially abusive men, and now they're in danger because their names and addresses are public, while Lemmy celebrated because "That's what you get for gossiping! There can't be a better punishment!"

I'll never forget how many men here were (and still are) butthurt about the man vs bear thing, writing 5000-word essays on how judgmental and stupid women are for choosing the bear.

Or when the Tea app (the app where women could anonymously discuss about men they dated so they could warn others if there's any danger/red flag) was breached and the women in there was doxxed, the general sentiment here was "they deserved it bc they shittalk about men." This one was particularly funny bc usually Lemmy's all about privacy and security, except when the bad, bad women are the victims I guess!

Or how one day ago, there was a post about why women gave out fake numbers and many of the comments agreeing, but some men still came in to say that the post was "rage bait."

And if we point it out, we "are sexists" and "make feminism look bad" ☺️ Fun!

God, a lot of comments in that post are disgusting. "She's still attractive to me." "I can't fantasize about cuddling with her anymore without thinking about bumping into her bones."

This stuff is why I don't comment much on Lemmy.

Hello fellow nb o7

In my case, my dysphoria got a little better after losing some weight and learning to work out to "modify" my shape a bit. Can't really do anything about my hip bones, but losing weight = losing fat around the hip = making it look less pronounced. I've also been focusing my workouts to get wider shoulders and more solid obliques, which makes the body look more like a "rectangle" instead of an "hourglass."

Putting on muscles as an afab takes a lot of time, esp if you're not on T. I'm still a long way to my ultimate goals, but I definitely don't dread looking at the mirror as much as I did a year ago!

Genuinely confused for a minute thinking, "When did I post a reply to this post?", bc this is 100% my experience too and why I do freelance now lmao! I love having the freedom to take a deep breath and go for a walk for 3 hours and/or watch some comfort episodes to calm myself down before I have to reply to some bs emails haha.

For me it's tighter than a sports bra, unfortunately!

If you have the means, I definitely suggest getting one your size and another one that's one size bigger (e.g., getting one L and one XL). That way, you have an option depending what you want to do that day and wear the one that's more appropriate for the day. For example, I use my size when I'm just going out to the mall or for a walk, but I use the bigger one when I'm going to a crowded concert or doing some light exercise.

I've been wearing g2bc's on/off for about 7 years, and (unfortunately for me, haha) it does not alter the shape of my chest/body at all.

Thoughts while watching:

  • Aja is back?! That's a gag damn.
  • DeJa! Phoenix?? NPBFAG???!! !!!!!!!! Denali! Acid Betty !!!!
  • Okay this is kinda like S14 vs The World haha.
  • Lydia??????? Weren't you just on my TV like three days ago?!

When I heard it was gonna have 18 queens i was sort of 🀨, but it makes sense now I guess?! I'm cautiously excited!

Oh, I didn't realize you made a new RPDR + drag community! Yay!

S17 was pretty entertaining, and I will forever be grateful that it introduced me to Ms. Suzanne Boots haha. She's quickly becoming one of my fave DR queens ever πŸ₯Ή One of my favorite moments of the season was the "introduce your partner" mini challenge -- Jewels' description of Suzie had me in tears, plus "...And 'cerebral' is spelled wrong" just straight up killed me LMAOOO

I thought Jewels won the LSFTC, but Onya won the overall season, so I'm not mad at all! The performances were great, Jewels and Lexi were my faves.

Also, Lexi doing all her ruveals in 2 seconds when her name wasn't called πŸ˜πŸ’™ She would've devoured the stage!

My only complaint is that tiny stage for the supposedly grand finale πŸ₯²
