If you care about Indie games, you should definitely support them to put some pressure on valve in regards to:

• lowering their 30% cut for lower revenue (so something like first 100k free). Right now they lower it only for high grossing games
• allowing to have lower prices on other platforms. That's genuinely monopoly behavior and I do hope they lose their lawsuits in this regard.

Satisfactory would have never existed otherwise. They got paid a lot for exclusivity, which allowed them to become so polished.

It's 0% for the first million, then 12%. Genuinely life changing for small devs.

I think they want to detect others distilling their models.
