What the question is asking for, is an answer where the value and the chance of choosing it at random are the same.
None of the answers satisfy that condition, because you have a 50% chance of choosing 25%, a 25% chance of choosing 50% and a 25% chance of choosing 0%.
None of the answers match the chance of choosing it.
Of course it makes no sense, it’s just a word salad to make it look like there’s some justification behind it, when in reality it’s just another step into autocracy.
This is how I use Proton. The setup process is really easy with clear instructions on what to configure in your DNS provider.
The only problem I have is that gmail rejects emails from my domain, I have to use proton’s address.
It was indeed in a building that belonged to a church.
The whole AA program (the 12 steps book) is very explicitly based on the idea that the only way you can recover from your addiction is through god.
That’s true. My wife has been sober for more than a year now. She went to AA meetings and did therapy. We are both atheist, and she really hated the religious part of the AA program, but talking with people that went through similar experiences really helped her.
The impersonating metadata Bambu refers to is AFAIK only the User-Agent header in the request, and the forker didn’t “inject” or “falsify” anything, they just used that part of the open source code as it was provided by Bambu.
I was supposed to get mine on Friday afternoon. Was following the tracking down to 1 stop away, and then I got a “sorry, we tried to deliver it but couldn’t find you” message. They certainly didn’t try, not even drove by (I live in a very quiet street and would have heard it).
That’s a very good idea. I’m pretty sure the payment processing is the bottleneck here. I tried to buy the controller for 30 minutes without luck using Paypal. Switched to debit card and it went through first try.
I wasn’t able to place the order using PayPal, got an instant error (from Steam) every time. Then I tried with card and it went through without an issue.
We are way past the point where disclosure is enough, or even useful.

And the movie is very good too!!
+1 for Philip K. Dick. My favorites are probably Counter-clock World and A Scanner Darkly
Another one that wasn’t mentioned yet is Stanisław Lem. The Futurological Congress totally blew my mind.
Hahaha, that was my first thought too.

Was that the same as the “Family Game“ ? Lots of people have that one back in the day, and multi-game pirate cartridges were very common too.
Interesting! I’ll look into that, thanks!
I have a second keyboard layout configured, and I switch to it for the ‘ñ’ and the tildes when needed.
Same here. My native language is Spanish, and the localized terms always felt weird to me.
I also always use English keyboard layout, regardless of what is printed on the keys.
The only thing I change is date format, because US date format hurts my brain.
I 100% did set them up from day one, and for several months every mail I sent from my domain to gmail got rejected, so I stopped trying.
I did a couple of tests today and it seems to be working now, so I guess they are doing more than just looking at the DNS records.
How do I build up reputation? Should I keep trying to send from that domain even if it gets rejected?
I have all the DNS things configured as per Proton’s instructions.
Yes, but normally I don’t send a lot of emails anyway.
If I send to any @gmail.com address, it’s rejected, unless I change the From to my @proton.me

GLS is the worst!!

And it’s not the first time they did the same.
