Archive.org has a Spice Channel TV video up that someone must have recorded on VHS. Hard to watch because there's a lot of flickering from the old tape. Mostly only interesting as a historical footnote. More softcore than I expected; apparently, even on pay per view, the cable companies were only willing to go so far.
My favourite came from an episode of MadTV from the late 90s
A woman has given birth and her husband is so sexually frustrated that he just wants to get back to having sex with this wife again ... the wife pushes him off and says "WHAT ARE YOU DOING? ... I'm not ready yet! ... it would be like throwing a pencil down a mineshaft!"
I did, and I realized that the body mechanics of left leg + right shoulder forward make less sense unless one is preparing for a twirl, or maybe the end of a forehand stroke (from tennis).
