A handbag belonging to the homeland security secretary Kristi Noem containing her passport, department security badge and $3,000 in cash was stolen on Sunday night at a restaurant in Washington D.C.
She's in charge of homeland security, which includes the Secret Service. She has Secret Service members with her everywhere she goes.
My question is. Why is she wandering round with 3 grand on her? Has she not got a credit card/ debit card/ cheque book/ phone with NFC. Why dose she need so much on her.
