Neat car though. I miss when even trash tier cars looked like that

I the the Citation did not exist my father would have something equally as shitty. He has a way with cars.

What does he drive now? Asking for the public good.

Great question. It is either an Oldsmobile or a Buick which has a surprisingly good drive-train.

However, it does have the wiring harness with the soy-based coating. A chipmunk made a mess of the wiring which he had fixed.

I'm sure the page had lots of them once, but they all broke down or rusted away long ago, heh.

I had a Chevy Citation. That was a horrible car.

LemmyKnowsBest@lemmy.world · 4 pts · 314d

Just ask a parking enforcement officer to write a ticket and tuck it under the windshield wipers. A citation for the Citation. Then take a picture and add it to the Chevrolet Citation Wikipedia page. A citation for the Wikipedia page on the Chevrolet Citation.

Interesting factoid about this car is that if you ran the air conditioning and the radio at the same time and you stopped at the stoplight it would die. I remember my old grandma had this thing.

Tylerdurdon@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 313d

That car was so badly designed that the radio slot was turned sideways. No, the radio wasn't vertical, but the slot was.
