Not even assuming the conversation Trump is relating is true. But the fact that he thinks it's totally normal to talk about trading people like playing cards with another country's leader tells you all you need to know about Trump.
If it is true for Trump, I'm not sure, but it is true for the Swedish government. The Swedish government is straight up paying the Somali government, like their salaries, to have them take somali-origin deportees.

Sorry, they've been defunded. Best they can do is have a guy from Fox News with no scientific background waddle out and claim Climate Change is a hoax made up by the demoncRATS. Maybe blame it on the Jews too, if AIPAC hasn't been donating as much lately.
