L. I. B. M. R. Ducks.

wjrii@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 271d

Schwartz Rhaedas created a slight breach of etiquette by skipping the triple dare M.R. Not Ducks and going right for the throat!

Can I see your anus?

toynbee@lemmy.world · 12 pts · 270d (2 replies)

You mean urrectum.

SantasMagicalComfort@piefed.world · 11 pts · 270d (1 reply)

I forgot they changed the name in 2620 to stop people from making that stupid joke.

HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 270d

in reality they never would. so many people went into astronomy to launch probes at uranus, and the jokes from the name help with fundraising

The eye of the storm speaks back to you .... QUACK! QUACK!

fitjazz@lemmynsfw.com · 9 pts · 270d

I am legally blind in one eye (just see very fuzzy color) and if I close my good eye this picture is indistinguishable from a low res image of Jupiter.

New goal: use diffusion generative ai models to find approximate solutions to Navier Stokes that result in fluid flow mixes that look like pictures.

Time to review ito calculus and stochastic differential equations

You may enjoy Illusion Diffusion.

Most magnanimous of you mister Mephistopheles, may you never incur the the rightful righteousness of the wronged at the most portentous haberdashery

Diplomjodler3@lemmy.world · 8 pts · 271d (5 replies)

The Jupiducks are just waiting for their chance to invade earth!

mkwt@lemmy.world · 4 pts · 271d (2 replies)

Those ducks are approximately the same size as earth!

Diplomjodler3@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 271d (1 reply)

I guess we're buggered, then.

HeyThisIsntTheYMCA@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 270d

with corkscrews and everything. dammit.

“You seek the riches of conquest but spit upon the duty of Governance, lord Quackus.” The duck senate erupted in quacks but was settled by a simple lift of Quckus’s wing. “The humans shall know our wrath, the woe of our waddles down their streets, and they shall know no more bread within their lifetimes…and yet. The festival of Saint Mallard is upon us. Mercy will be shown for now.”

The swallows can barely make Capistrano and we've got geese on Jupiter.

Here I am just waiting for that fucking dog to pop up and laugh at me...

Legit almost posted "those spots in the southern hemisphere really look like ducks," but then realized I'm just a moron.

someguy3@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 271d (1 reply)

Are you suggesting ducks migrate?

Remember_the_tooth@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 271d

Not at all, they could be carried.

random_character_a@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 270d

Yay. Space ducks 🐍

SpiceDealer@lemmy.dbzer0.com · 1 pts · 270d

I knew there was life on Jupiter! I knew it! People would always tell me "gas giant" or "no solid surface" and that I was crazy. But who's the crazy one now?

Akasazh@feddit.nl · 1 pts · 270d (1 reply)

This triggered my anantidaephobia

Agent641@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 270d

It's not the duck in front you can see that's the danger. It's the two ducks either side of you that you can't see...

Haaveilija@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 270d

So not a gas giant but a goose giant 🦩
