I'd like to talk about this for a minute. Y'see, I realized this myself, some years ago. And if the best part of the burger is the pickle, why am I eating a burger at all? Why don't I just eat a sandwich stuffed with cheese and onions and pickles and lettuce and condiments?
So that's what I do now, and I'm happier for it.

Tortilla chips are the ultimate delivery mechanism. Chips and salsa, bean dip, guacamole, or queso. Combine some or all, or add cheese or protein and you have nachos. Or eat the chips just for the salt.

Emulsified cheese sauce that's semi-liquid at room temperature and used as a dip, usually with a few chili peppers or some salsa mixed in. Basically nacho cheese sauce but slightly spicy.

I'd dispute only the garlic, IMO the best part is the crunchy, buttery, garlicky crust of the bread at the bottom. The rest is negligible.

I admit I'm a complete degenerate at this point.
I mainly eat food for two, and only two reasons-- garlic and chili heat.
I still get interested looks sometimes from the opposite sex, but then they catch a whiff, lol. They haven't seen my bloodwork, though.
OMG, but that rush upon eating spicy food...
