Giving a shout out to my instance. Mr. Manager is cool and you can see every instance.
It's fun watching the secret hexbears in the comments calling everyone a shitlib and spouting surprisingly high level political theory.
I was a chef at a vegan/veggie restaurant, here are a few easy ways to work in veggies:
Chickpea salad: Mixed drained and rinsed canned chickpeas with diced anything and a dressing of your choice. I make a simple dressing with olive oil, apple cider vinegar(just a splash,) cumin and greek seasoning. My favorite things to mix in are: red onions, bell peppers and parsley.
Everything nachos: Take a can of mixed beans, drained and rinsed, and mix in taco seasoning. Put them on your nachos under the cheese. Broil at 450F for 4-5 minutes.
Other things to add before cooking: Diced peppers, diced pickles of any kind(surprisingly good,) red onion, avocado and carrots.
Veggie chips:
Thinly slice beets, carrots, parsnip, potatoes, whatever, and toss with some olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 425F for 10-15mins.
Alternatively, fry the sliced veggies in a pot of oil, then toss with seasoning.
9/10 posts here are the most pleasant conversations I've seen on this platform.
I appreciate the backup when they're not.
People who choose their battles still have my respect, not everyone has the energy for negative interactions. I don't mind silence as much as picking the wrong side.
Oh I love when people chastise me for my content on a platform where anyone can post whatever they want. Thankfully, if they want to see more pro-men content, they can look in literally any comment section outside of this community.
By the way, are we talking about yesterday? That was a real special conversation. Like misogynist trolls need any more fucking allies.
Same here. I'm glad it allows for growth and forks rather than a collapse when schisms occur. It's why I keep saying I don't like piefed, but I'm happy it's there.
It depends on your values and what kind of experience you want. For me, I couldn't find a piefed instance that met all my criteria.
I wanted no instances blocked, no flagged users for low karma (I didn't want karma to matter at all,) able to see greentext communities (4chan screenshots are blocked on some, if not all piefed instances,) and be able to see the modlog.
Piefed has additional features that lemmy lacks, like following individual users and multi-coms, but it wasn't enough to get me to switch.
I like the openness of the lemmyverse, since there's more room for individuality between the instances without a developer ideologically holding the reins, though I've heard Rimu has walked back their more controversial decisions. For all the criticisms of ML and Grad, the developers affiliations don't pollute the wider fediverse.
Whichever you choose, make sure you look into the instances as well, since they have unique features, blocklists, and supports for apps.
It's what I was taught when I started dating, that men always want sex and women have to decide whether or not to give it to them, which informed so many of my toxic and backward opinions at the time. I hope this mentality ends with my generation.

Make a list and burn it, for the scent is pleasing to the lords.
And I'm convinced she's in the right community while you're not.
I need to make witch hats for a renaissance faire. They're time consuming but fun to make.

I was surprised American bullshittery wasn't mentioned despite explaining, three times, how he thinks the referendum is horseshit.

Or that being little sex pests isn't a turn on.
If this is ragebait you must be throwing tanrums daily. Have you seen the rules for this community? Try not to take them too personally.
Maybe check out the rules of this community.
What.

Spoken like a true child. I once got a "This is bad for my self esteem," when I didn't want to have sex.

That sounds awful, I feel this story in my heart. I don't know how many things I dropped out of because it was too much.
Thankfully better, more informed diagnostic criteria is helping more girls get help earlier.
You dropped your fedora.
