It is chorizo. The ones that just say "chorizo" may or may not actually be chorizo. Maybe they are just calling out to chorizo. This one is proudly proclaiming "I am chorizo."

Funny twist: in Spain, "chorizo" is slang for thief, so that would be actually saying "I'm a thief".
